Approved For Release 200 .08/28: CIA-RDP84-OO SWF40a23NO5O0O2=2 P SUBJECT: Suggestion Awards Program I met today with II Executive Secretary of the Agency Suggestion Awards Staff, to review Directorate activity in the Suggestion Awards Program. He reported that Support Directorate offices continue to be active and productive and had no complaints or shortcomings to comment upon. I had been particularly interested in the way in which other Directorates use top level panels (DD/I, DD/P, NPIC) but since we have the Agency Committee with its staff support within our Direc - torate (Office of Personnel), the omission of a directorate panel or committee does not seem to have hurt the Program. I did arrange to receive all cases where Joe feels that some advantage could be gained from consideration at Directorate level. After reviewing such cases for a period, I will recommend whether any action need be taken to assure that Support Directorate participation remains all that it should be. cc: Mr. Bannerman Mr. Coffey DSPA-DD/S:SWR:fav (22 Apr 68) Distribution: Orig- DD/S Subject 1 - DD/S Chrono 1 - SPA 1 - Suggestion Awards file Approved For Release 2002/6' 25X1 Support Directorate epresentative Suggestion and Awards Committee dacar. de'i a?~ 3va e .
