C. 2.9505: RelgIstry r., 40 - Dear Mr. Wilson Enclosed is a copy of the letter,concluding the decision made by Mr. Gambino I am strongly'opposed to the withholding of any information the government has on me and wish to make a direct and forceful appeal. ? My family, including father, brothers, and uncles, have all served in World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnamese War. I, myself, have held officer's commissions in the United States Navy and the United States Air Force. Under no possibility, will I accept a government file on me which could reflect on my family or my allegiance to my country. If there is such information,-I demand to know about it immediately. Any other information other than that which may reflect on the patriotism to my country, I will not tolerate being withheld from me. I am fully pre- pared to take this to any necensary court.' Copies of this letter will, of course, go to all individuals who are fully aware of this particular situation. I am not requesting, but a3 a free citizen in a Democracy, demanding the information that is due me under my constitutional rights. Full disclosure and information will be required in twenty-one days after receipt of this letter.
