On 8 November 19801 was offered a transfer to the
Nicosia Bureau from the Athens Unit." He was advised that the position
in Nicosia did not include editing, that he was being offered transfer
to a position classified at the P-5 level and that he would have to
accept being placed in a saved rate status. ccepted
