On 8 November 19801 was advised that his employ-
ment with FBIS would be terminated effective 31 January 1981 as a
result of the closure of the Athens Unit. He was advised that because
of his involuntary separation he would be entitled to severance pay
for 2,840 hours and loss of career compensation for 1,360 hours based
on his option to withdraw his CSR deductions. He is also entitled to
annual leave settlement, travel of his family, HHE and vehicle as
appropriate from Athens to Nicosia within six months from his termina-
tion date. The hourly rate to b ilized for payment of the obliga-
tion above will b ourly salary as of 31 January 198*.
