Stephen Quatannens, JAGC Trial Attorney DISMISSAL The Board has been furnished with an executed copy of a supple- mental agreement to referenced contracts by which the parties have agreed that the terminations for default which'gave rise to these appeals are converted to no-cost terminations, except for a net payment to be made by appellant to respondent. Under that agree- ment, appellant waives all claims against respondent under the con- tracts or by reason of their termination.
