pproved For Release ?0,x(,1/07/12: CIA-RDP84-00933R00040001-2 MEMORANDUM FOR: Director of Data Processing STATINTL FROM le f, Management Staff SUBJECT Report for Week Ending 30 December 1977 New Amdahl Computer The new Amdahl computer, model 470/V6, scheduled to re- place the current IBM 360/195, was delivered to CIA. Head- quarters on 21 December 1977. The Amdahl engineers completed STATINTL installation in the - Computer center and turned the computer over to CIA for testing at 1414 hours, 27 December 1977. Considering this work was accomplished du holiday season, this is quite a remarkable feat. STATINTL EAG Review The Director of Data Processing briefed the EAG on 20 December on the overview of the top twenty-one projects con- suming ODP resources. A copy of the viewg forwarded to each of the Office Directors involved. STATINTL Transfer of ODP Computer Equipment ODP sent a memorandum to Office of Weapons Intelligence STATINTL regarding the availability of some computer a ui ment that STATINTL could be used by ~in support of Project One Calcomp controller and eight Calcomp disk drives are scheduled to be available in July 1978, while one IBM 360/65 mainframe (the current 360/65-1) is scheduled to be available in October 1978. This equipment should be excess to providing ODP's procurements progress as planned. &I& STATINTL STATINTL Project STATINTL A copy of Mr- paper to the DCI concerning Project STATINTL - was received by ODP.
