SPD implemented fixes on the RSCS Virtual to correct the data spillage, the command queue full buffer, and the tag slot problems. 2. The Agency Budget officers have been on the FRS (Budget) data bases for the past three weeks preparing their STATINTL budget for submission to Con res ere has been little to no degradation in response. 3. All Congressional Budget reports that were required Monday, 21 November were ready for pickup at 0800. ATINTL involved approximately 21 extracts and 50 reports. STATINTL 4. For the past two weeks, the availability of GIMPROD1 during prime time has been 100%. 5. On 15 November 1977, SC put a new HASP Gen into STATINTL production on the CAMS system. The new Gen provided for a redistribution of HASP initiators and correcte i_ accounting information in certain batch jobs. 6. Release 01.02.05 of RAMIS was received for the OS and. CMS systems. System abends are occurring under the OS STATINTL system. has been notified of the problem. Under CMS there are inconsistencies in behavior in the last three STATINTL releases. A summary of problems is being prepared for Mathematica and they have committed to fixing them in the next release. STATINTL 7. Testing of Release 4.1 of FDR (Fast Dump Restore) has uncovered three problems, but these are still under investi- gation and are not expected to prevent the use of this release on the CAMS system. Procedures are being developed to detect FDR failures in time to take corrective action. A tape containing support routines for the Delta Data was delivered to the FBI for use in unction with Release 4.0 of their GIM-II system. STATINTL Tasks Planned 1. SC will continue testing SVS Level I/HASP through- out the next week. The first week of testing has been very successful. 2. The reallocate of the CAMS data base is scheduled to begin Friday, 25 November. The data base will be in a read only mode for about 48 hours when the reallocate and restore is being processed. 3. The initial hardware moves necessary to accomplish the FY-78 computer plan for SC will begin this Sunday, 27 November. The Blue CPU will be moved about two feet, thus freeing up space to add core and install the attached processors. An IBM 2702 transmission controller will also be uncabled from the Red/Blue systems. The terminals previousl supported by the 2702 are now on COMTEN V. 4. The CAMS data base will be backed up with the Fast Dump Restore (FDR) at midnight, 22 November per instructions from the DAC. DASDR has been used since November because of suspected problems with FDR. STATINTL 5. Systems Programming Division and Production Division have finished testing of Release 4.1 of Fast Dump Restore, with no problems detected. Starting the evening of 22 November this will be the program used to back up the CAMS data base. 6. Final preparations are just about complete to re- allocate the CAMS data base on the weekend of 26 November. It is planned to have the data base go down to the users at 1900 on Friday, 25 November. The estimated time to complete this job is 48 hours. Except for approximately 16 hours, the users should have access to the CAMS data base in read only mode while the reallocate is taking place. Problems 1. On Friday, 18 November all RJP lines at Building were down from 1045 to 1140 hours. The commo line was in- operative. Commo attempted to bring up the Micro wave system but it is still inoperative. On Monday, 14 November the crypto equipment at Headquarters for Chamber of uilding malfunctioned and was down for six hours. tow 3. On Tuesday, 15 November Headquarters again exper- STATINTL ienced a malfunction with crypto gear for Chambmmerce.
