Week of 11-18 November 1977
I. Major Activities During the Past Week:
A. Support to OTR
(C) PREVMAIN - A system for preventive maintenance
25X1A for OTR. About o of the data has been collected.
On the last visit* M (11 November), a number of
questions concerning the system (e.g. related to sea-
sonal equipment - air conditioners) were answered. They
remain quite enthusiastic about the system. Line prob-
lems were encountered (confirmed by OC through ED/ODP)
attempting to use the system. Another terminal

C. Support to OF
(U) PAYROLL - Agency payroll system. The last User
System Test for Legal Requirements was completed success-
fully. As of this date no major bugs have been discovered.
The tentative date for the first live run of EFT
for CIARDS annuitants was set as 1 February 1978.
D. Support to ODP
(U) ADSTUDY - Project feasibility study performed
by ODP. The Terminal Requirements Working Group has
completed its effort over the past six months to
determine user requirements for an Agency standard
soft copy computer terminal. The resulting report was
distributed last week to the members of this Agency-
wide croup (about 12 man-weeks for this effort).

E. Training During the Past Week:
1. A two-day course, Batchmon, was completed by
17 students.
2. A five-day course, GIM II Procedures, was com-
pleted by 8 students.
3. A one-day course, Documentation Standards, was
completed by 16 students.
