1. Major Activities During the Past Week:
A. Support to OF:
ACIS (Automated Compensation and Information System)
will assume the duties of ACIS Project Leader on
SgLf (AIUO)
Work has begun on building the ACIS data dictionary utilizing
Data Catalogue 2, and work continues on the Functional Require-

Integration Test Plan were the main topics.
CAMS (COMIREX Automated Management System) CAMS2 (P/S) rep-
resentatives attended a Technical Exchange Meeting at the CAMS2
(T/S) contractor facility. CAMS2 transition and the Joint Systems
Messrs. lattended the CAMS (P/S)
contractor .LaLUS meeLin s on standards, policy
and regulations, contract work breakdown structure, and financial
reporting formats were received. Comments are due by 24 July.
These status meetings will be held each Thursday at the contractor
facility.
Data Dictionary. The Data Catalogue 2 data dictionary has
been installed on the ODP Batch System for a 60-day test. A gen-
eral introduction to the product and a one and a half-day training
session was conducted 7 and 8 Jul
will meet again on 21 September.
Graphics. B Division conducted an initial Agency-Wide Comput-
er-Aided Design (CAD) requirements meeting on 14 July. In atten-
dance were representatives from DDA/IHSA, HQ Engineering,
NPIC/PSG, ODP/BDiv, OGSR/CD, OL/ADS, OL/BDDS, ORD/IERD, ORD/ISRD,
ORD/PATG, OSWR/AVAD and OTS/ATG. As a result of the meeting each
participant will formulate their individual CAD requirements and
submit them for review by the group by 1 September. The group
