hours overtime on Friday and Saturday, 11-12 December 1981.
Assisting in the move were personnel from Engineering Division,

The new system Trial Balance, balanced with the old system

II. General Items:
~/ L- 'JJ rrodect manager traveled to 25X1
ion 7-9 December 1981. The purpose of the
trip was to determine to what extent TADS might be helpful in
their operations to develop contacts, and to facilitate a possible
telemetry data flow on US vehicles to OSWR. It was determined
that F_ I does not have any use for an analysis tool such
as TAD S. Contacts were made and II personnel seemed most will- 25X1

Support to OP :
PERSIGN (Integrated Personnel Information System) During
the weekend of 5 December we tried to load the initial data from
CENCO to PERSIGN. However, the tape supplied from CENCO was not
in the correct format and the transactions were rejected by
PERSIGN. The following week a correctly formated tape was sup-
plied by the CENCO project. While the CENCO personnel were creat-
ing the new tape for PERSIGN, they discovered problems with the
procedures that will create the daily updates for PERSIGN. They
notified the PERSIGN programmers that no data will be supplied
until they can solve the problems with the procedures. When the
CENCO personnel are satisfied that everything is working cor-
rectly, we will attempt the initial load again. At this point the
CENCO programmers can give no definite date as to when PERSIGN can
expect the data.
IV. Upcoming Events:
Support to OICE:
(TRW) will attend
meetings at the CAMS2 Tasking Segment (T/S) Contractor facilities
next week. The subjects are: Interface Control Document (ICD)
data formats and the T/S Monthly Status Meeting.
Support to OD&E:
BDS (Bulk Data Services) ODP Production Control Branch is
expected to complete acceptance testing. If no major problems
arise out of acceptance testing, BDS will be incorporated into MPS
(Message Processing System) on 19 December. BDS will provide the
means to ODE (and possibly other users in the future) for releas-
ing messages from VM to DATEX to be transmitted outside of the
Agency.
