operations and technical proceedres for CIA and member agencies.

and companies outside the govto a nd with specialists in the intelligence
offices associated with CIA
3. Maintain continuous stud investigation and research in the field of
management engineering to assure the use if the most efficient
and up-yo-date metgods and procedures in acrrying out the mission of the
