ABSTRACT NOTATION REFERENCES
States that OSO distributes copies of all reports to ORE and other departments and
agencies, as appropriate. In addition, it delivers one copy to OCD with an indication
of all Agencies that have received copies. If the Reading Center of OCD feels that
any-department or agency has been overlooked., OSO will dispatch a ,report immediately.
It is most undesirable to send more than one copy to OCD since the information
has not been evaluated until it has :passed through ORE. From'a security viewpoint
it is extremely unwise to furnish the Reading Center or any other agency 45 copies -
of every report.
