designed to ensure the minimum. necessary collaboration in
preparation of papers; needless to say, drafts of the papers
will be tabled for comments and suggestions from the group as
a whole as our preparations move forward. I would also be
glad to have any recommendations you may want to make for
additional papers, backup studies, or other material which
might be useful to our task.
Coordinator for the trip preparations is Deputy Assistant
Secretary Thomas M. T. Niles, 632-1126, Room 6219, Department of
State.
Coordinators in the Executive Secretariat are Tain Tompkins

Papers are due in draft to Mr. Niles by COB Tuesday, March 9.

Thursday, March 11, and to Under Secretary Buckley by noon Friday,
