SUBJECT : Additional Material for Wilson-Terpil Testimony on
2 February 1982
1. Attached is a copy of the Wilson-Terpil chronology produced by Chuck
Briggs. It tracks the evolution of this case from early 1976 to the present.
2. I understand that Stan Sporkin gave you a package of materials yesterday
which includes copies of the IG and OGC drafted statements as well as a third
statement attempting to combine the two. I understand also that Stan supplied
you some Q's and A's.
3. I am a little concerned that you are receiving bits and pieces which,
if not combined,may cause you confusion. Last Friday I sent you copies of the
IG and OGC drafted statements as well as a list of the "Cast of Characters"
provided by Chuck Briggs. When it is convenient for you, I would like to
combine my package from last Friday with the material Stan gave you yesterday
as well as the attached chronology in order to ensure that you have in one
spot all of the relevant inputs.
4. I realize that today and tomorrow you will be occupied with two other
testimonies. As soon as you are able to focus on the Wilson-Terpil testimony
for next week, I will give you a hand in sorting through the various packages.
