Referring to our previous exchanges on the Shultz- Gromyko talks, I asked Judge Clark this morning whether the second session on 4 October had produced any interesting results. He said that the dialogue continued to go well and that the result was constructive. It was agreed that talks would continue "at the working level" on three topics: --nuclear non-proliferation . --human rights --Angola 2.
