The potential for serious trouble in the next year or so is
making me nervous.
We talked about Yugoslavia at my last Warning meeting. I
asked the DUI to prepare the attached points on Yugoslavia for your
perusal.
See also NODIS from Embassy -- which heretofore has been under
wrap (or so I understand) from Eagleburger -- he being afraid to
scare away Western bankers by message that Yugoslavia is in trouble.
I think an estimate is in order and will proceed with your o.k.
