SUBJECT: Distribution of NFAC Memo on Terrorism
1. I noted in your breakfast book your question, "Why didn't
D/DIA receive a copy of the NFAC 23 December assessment of the
terrorist threats to Americans?" I queried NFAC and was informed
that copies had been disseminated to members of the IG on
terrorism. DIA is not a member of this group.
2. NFAC has no problem providing a copy to DIA and is
proceeding to send General Williams a copy of the memo.
