Here is the uncoordinated version of the Executive
Summary of NSSD???8-82 for the Director's background
reading. There will be a SIG meeting soon since the
NSC wants it by 26 July. The final version may look
somewhat different from this, but I doubt it.. Frankly,
the recommendations do not do much more than reaffirm
the policy now being followed.
