mentation of the study directed by NSSD 2/82 of 16 February 1982,
subject "Detecting and 'ng the Foreign Intelligence Threat
to the United States.."
2, A meeting of the Senior Interagency Group-Intelligence
(SIG-I} will be scheduled at an early date to provide specific
guidance to the Interagency Group for Counterintelligence (IG/CI},
.which will co stitute the working group for the, conduct of the
study.
