CONTEXT OF AGENCY BRIEFING OF FBI AND DEA ON NARCOTICS
The DO has provided ongoing briefings to DEA Administrator Mullen
on our anti-narcotics programs. Mullen recently indicated, however, that
FBI Director Webster had expressed interest in the subject, and Mullen
suggested the Agency give a general (essentially non-operational) overview
for Webster.
