repdiYt on Soviet violations of arms agreements. I should say in my
stat@Inent that they will hear a talk about Soviet violations. In
that Nontext discuss how these have been handled in the past with
refer@nce to specific allegations which have been circulating as
listeEj in small print on page 2 of this report. Give me some language
with Vihich to develop that and as backup a short note on the substance
of eat?h type of alleged violations, etc.
