1. On 26 October,) provided a briefing for
several aspects of the CW programs
2. Ms Harris has made a special point of calling this office
to express her appreciation for the information she received. She
said that it was the best briefing on the subject that she had ever
received. Since she has received several briefings on other subjects
from Agency analysts, I believe that her special call means that the
briefing was indeed significantly above our normal high standard.
3. When we receive such positive comments from our Congressional
customers, we feel that they should be passed on to the person who
deserves the credit, in this case0 Please convey our
