This is to confirm the arrangements for your presentation before the Central Intelligence Agency's European Division Chiefs of Station Conference at 1330-1450 hours on 29 November 1982 at C.I.A. Headquarters. We are delighted to have you back once again to address our European Chiefs of Station. You will be a member of a two-person panel which will include yourself and Mr. Robert R. Simmons, Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. The discussions will be informal, relaxed and we leave to you the subject matter covered concerning Congress and the Intelligence Community. 2. In addition to your addressing the Conference we have arranged for you to join us to lunch in the Executive Dining Room from 1200-1330 hours. 3. The Agency's gate security will be advised of your arrival and will direct you to the front of the Headquarters building where VIP parking is available for you. 4. An escort officer will meet you immediately inside the main entrance to the building and will escort you to the Executive Dining Room.
