requested information pertaining to International Atomic Energy
Agency safeguards. In view of your urgent need for this
information, I have ordered senior Agency officials to provide
you and your staff with a comprehensive briefing on this topic at
your convenience. I can assure you that any questions you may
have will be answered fully and completely to the best of our
ability to provide a response.
Any finished intelligence pertaining to your request will
also be provided for your use. Because the raw intelligence
reports which have been requested reveal extremely sensitive
sources and methods, I have asked that the substantive content of
those reports be included in the briefing. This will insure that
your need for substantive information will be met.
