SUBJECT: Appointment of NSCIC Working Group Chairman
1. I recommend you sign the attached memorandum to
Dr. Kissinger concerning General Graham's appointment as
chairman of the NSCIC Working Group.
2. When the NSCIC decided to form a Working Group, Dr.
Kissinger asked the DCI to designate the chairman, so I think
it is appropriate that you merely advise the NSCIC chairman
that you have named a successor to the retiring Working
Group chairman, Bronson Tweedy.
