SUBJECT: National Security Council Intelligence
Committee Working Group
Since the inception of the Working Group, a
Department of Justice representative has attended
meetings. Because of the subjects under consideration
by the Group, we have made little or no contribution to
it; therefore, in the future the Department of Justice
representative will not attend the regular meetings of
the Group.
We will attend whenever you think it necessary or
in those instances where we feel we can make a
contribution to the subject under discussion.
We would appreciate receiving agendas issued by
the Working Group; however, it is not necessary that
we receive supporting papers or routine distribution of
documents from the Committee.
