MEMORANDUM FOR: Members, NSCIC Working Group
SUBJECT: Minutes of the 4 February Meeting
1. Attached are copies of the minutes of the Working Group
meeting held at 1430 hours,, Friday, 4 February, in the DCI
Conference Room at CIA Headquarters. Rather than describe the
discussion in the sequence in which it took place, I felt it would
be of more value to describe the action projects which were
approved and then make brief mention of the action which was
taken on each of the other proposed projects on the agenda.
2. Since the meeting I have been advised by Andy Marshall
that it is quite possible there will be a meeting of the NSCIC
within the coming week. I will advise you if I get anything firm
on this.
