SUBJECT: Notes on the First Meeting of the NSCIC
Working Group
1. I am attaching notes on the first meeting of the Working
Group held on the 13th of December.
2. In sending these notes out to the other members. I have
asked that their contributions be sent in by 12 January. If this is
done, we should be able to have another meeting very shortly after
Andy Marshall's PCS return to Washington on 17 January. r would
assume a meeting of the ,parent committee will follow shortly there-
after. As you may know, I have already received from Paul Walsh
a list of types of publications for use by CIA and a brief description
of how topics are selected. If any of you, between now and
1 Z January, have ideas or suggestions with respect to first steps in
product evaluation, I wor:sld be very glad to have them. In this Staff,
we are putting together a short paper on the cornsriunity requirement
system and I will try to circulate drafts early in January.
