The next meeting of the Working Group will be held on Thursday, 6 July, at 1430 hours in the DCI Conference Room at CIA Headquarters. 2. The following agenda is proposed: a. Minutes of the 13 June meeting Approval of the minutes which were distributed to members on 19 June. b. India-Pakistan Crisis Study Consideration of the study (copy of which was sent to each Working Group member on 20 June) for Working Group comment and approval of an appropriate communication to the NSCIC. Attached is a draft memorandum to the Chairman, NSCIC, which is proposed for consideration as the Working Group response to this study. c. Follow-On Crisis Studies Approval of a program of crisis studies as a follow-on to the India-Pakistan study. Copies of Mr. Marshall's proposals for study of the Arab-Israeli ceasefire (Au the Jordan/Fedayeen civil war (September 1970), and 0 on February-April 1971) were disseminated to members une. These are the only topics submitted for consideration since discussion of this problem at the 13 June meeting. Terms of Reference for a Study of the Production Process Since discussion of this problem at the 13 June meeting, no proposed topics and study outlines have been submitted. This will be an agenda item if any member has prepared a proposal. e. Other Business Any other matters or proposals members would like to raise. 3. Written comments on the NSSM-69 study have been prepared by CIA, JCS, DIA and INR/State. These are being forwarded to Mr. Marshall, with copies to all Working Group members, but redraft of the NSSM-69 study will not be available prior to the 6 July meeting.
