MEMORANDUM FOR: Members, NSCIC Working Group
SUBJECT: Agenda for May Meeting
This memorandum combines several of my proposals for a Working
Group program with suggestions received from other members. I have
scheduled our next meeting for 20 May at 1400 in the White House
Situation Room and expect the discussion to last no longer than two
hours. We should cover the following subjects:
"'Informational Papers. Attached are two papers
prepared by my staff:
--The DCI's Family of National Intelligence
Guidance Documents
--The Intelligence Community's Major Products,
Production Elements and Points of Contact for
Consumers.
Members will have an opportunity to raise questions on these
topics, if they desire to do so.
3. Perspectives for Intelligence 1975-1980. Members
of the Working Group have the basic document and proposed
changes. I have received some comments to date, ' but would
welcome others, either written or oral, at. this meeting.
I propose to make the package of comments available to the
NIOs, who are preparing the final version of the Perspectives.

4. Arab-Israeli Packa e. Attached are copies of the two
Key Intelligence Questions KI.Qs) Strategy Reports. dealing with
the.potential for Arab-Is raelii hostilities. Members are encour-
aged to: familiarize themselves with Next Steps in the Middle
East (SNIE 30-1-75, 27 March '1975, SECRET). Comments from
members will be. tabled at this conference.
5. (Optional) Key Intelligence Questions. Members may
offer general comments designed to assist those drawing up
the FY 1976 KIQs.
