SUBJECT Proposed Agenda: for a 12 March Meeting
1. It is proposed that the next meeting of the Working
Group be held at 1030 hours on 'Tednesday, 12 March 1975, in
the White House Situation Room. The agenda would be as
follows:
a. Approval of the rrm'Lnutes of the 29 January
meeting. copy of the minu es was sent to each
member on 5 February.
b. DCI Objectives for the Intelligence Communi
forFY:19
A copy of the draft set of substantive and
management objectives is attached. Members are requested
to review this document and provide their comments at
the meeting. This agenda item is a follow-on to the
discussion on 29 January concerning the DCI's objectives
for FY-1975-
c. DCI Perspectives f? r Intelligence, 1.975-1981
A proposed revision of the Perspectives
issued last year for 1975-1980 is attached. The re-
draft applies only to Part I, ";Major World Problems,"
and Part II, The Role of Intelligence.' Part III,
"Implications for Intelligence Planning," will be
drafted following review of Parts I and II.

Community and the DCI.
(2) A summary of the follow-on which has
been made in response to comments and
questions raised by Working Group members
at prev!ous meetings.
(3) An outline of a proposed work program
for the Group.
