MEMORANDUM FOR: Members of the NSCIC Working Group
SUBJECT Agenda for a 20 November Meeting
1. It is proposed the next meeting of the Working
Group be held at 1030 hours on Wednesday, 20 November in the
White House Situation Room.
2. Agenda for this session will be:
Item 1. Approval of minutes of the 30 October
meeting.
A copy of the draft minutes is at Tab A.
Item 2. Critique of intelligence responsiveness
to consumer needs.
This will be a continuation of the discussion
started at the :30 October meeting.- The intent is
to hold a candid critique of the manner in which
the.Intelligence Community is responding to the
needs of intelligence users, with the goal of
using the points brought out during our discussion
as basis for the future work program of the Group.
Each member is invited to provide me with comments
in writing which can be sent to other members
prior to the meeting to enlarge the base from
which discussion can begin.

The substantive agenda for the 20 November meeting
is being deliberately limited to this one item in
order to enable a full exploration of the topic in
depth.
