b. minutes of the 18 November meeting of the
Intelligence Panel of the NSCIC Working Group;
c. VADM Rectanus' letter to the ASD(ISA), subject:
"Suggested Items for Discussion at the 20 November
NSCIC Working Group Meeting - Consumer Satisfaction;"
and,
d. Mr. Morell's memorandum of 29 November,
subject: "Treasury Suggestions for Improving Intelli-
gence."
2. All members of the Working Group and the Intelligence
Panel were invited to submit comments,. but the papers from
Adm. Rectanus and Mr. Morell are the only ones which have
been received.
