him the membership of the new NSCIC Working Group
and its Intelligence Panel.
Since this same information is in the Minutes of
the Working Group meeting of 30 October --which
Mr. Colby will receive --we decided not to send
him the attached memo, but General Wilson and
wanted to make certain you were aware
of the makeup of the two near NSCIC bodies.
