Remarks :
I have not commented in the final section
because I have no clear view on how the Working
Group should proceed. I think the members
would benefit from briefings not only in the
estimative process but also on the product
review process as it is being developed in PRD.
On the feedback problem, I have recom-
mended in several comments the concept of
consumer focal point officers. I think this
would go far to resolve many of the, problems
raised in the meeting.
