Thursday,13 February, to discuss our progress
toward accomplishment of the DCI*s "Objectives"
for FY-1975 and our tentative proposals for
FY-1976 "Objectives."
Attached is our draft of proposed "substantive"
objectives for FY-1976.
They are Khanged in only relatively minor
ways from the FY-1975 set, and reflect,
in part, comments provided by the NSCIC
Working Group members at the session you
attended on 29 January.
If we could have your reaction to this
set of objectives by close of business on
Wednesday, 12 February it would be much
appreciated.
