Because ofmy assignment to the IC
Support Group dealing with Congressional Select
Committee matters, I suggest that .Capt. James
Lucas be officially designated as Executive
Secretary of the NSCIC Working Group and the
Intelligence Panel of tXVAg6C Working Group..
This would enable to pick up
the staff responsibilities for working with
General Wi son on NSCIC matters---but would
still 2&a keep some eye on the effort
since would be functioning as a
member o the Coordination Staff, and it is my
understanding that I will continue to retain
the title of CS Chief.
Wit movement of the IC Support Group
per ' ? area now occupied by the
CS, will physically be moved to
the PRD area, but I expect him to continue to
handle CS business.
