Letter of Appreciation
1 1-his memorandum is to commend an d thank the several people in
the DDA have been responsible for the excellent progress in building
the Central Access Registry (4C) for management of SCI access approvals
throughout government and industry. 1 regret that some of those whose
time and energy were contributed to;this effort may have been overlooked
in preparing this memorandum.
2, it is clear that the effort has involved the Offices of Data
Processing, Communications, Logistics and Security and that from my view
the effort has been a model of mutual support and cooperation from
office directors downward. When problems have arisen, they have been
promptly and effectively resolved. Schedules have been and are being
met.
