1. The submission to the DCI's Annual Report to Congress from the
Office of Information Services is:
During the past year, we strengthened our information
handling program by incorporating most of the information handling
positions in the Agency into a separate Career Sub-Group. The
purpose of this action was to provide a cadre of employees
specializing in information handling throughout the Agency and
to provide for their professional development and career
