MEMORANDUM FOR: Deputy Director of Personnel
SUBJECT: Termination of. Rotational Assignment-

1. I I a senior ADP officer, was assigned to
the Intelligence Com~j=-Lty Staff CS) on a rotational basis in 1976.
From then until 1978 was the senior ADP Coordinator in
COMIREX. In 1978 he was assigned to the Information Resources Office
(IRO) as Deputy Director. In IRO as in his previous assignment, he was
primarily involved in ADP activities. In July 1980 he was reassigned
to the Office of Assessment and Evaluation and as a result, removed from
all ADP activities.
2. The reorganization of the ICS was accompanied by a deemphasis
in ADP activities on the Staff. Given his education and MS in computers,
and or experience, twenty-three years of working in the ADP field, Mr.
decided to return to his parent office, the Directorate of
Intelligence.
