SUBJECT: NFIP Initiatives for Caribbean Basin
1. A 'on Requested: Reply to DDCI memorandum on Caribbean Basin
initiatives.
2. Background: Mr. McMahon received a briefing/discussion on the
present and future intelligence resources requirement in the Caribbean Basin
identified by the DIA chaired interservice/interagency working group. As a
result, he asked what resources are contained in the NFIP FY 1984-1988 program
to upgrade our capabilities in that area. Q 25X1
