I believe the attached request for an
Intelliaence Community Staff budget line of
for the three production committees STAT
should be denied. As a general rule, the travel
funds should come from members parent organiza-
tion. There may be rare circumstances where
unique DCI requirements would require exceptions,
but creation of a separate budget line-item would
be cumbersome and hard to justify. Recommend
disapproval.
