OBJECTIVES:
To establish Intelligence Community programs and priorities in the 98th
Congress.
a. to achieve consistency and effectiveness in presenting our
programs to Congress;
b. to establish interchange and coordination among Community
liaison officers;
c. to improve support for senior Community witnesses--under-
standing their needs and our capabilities;
d. to gain appreciation for the problems of Members and their
staffs, and to work cooperatively towards the best possible
hearing support.
