1. On 16 August 1982, the Intelligence Communit Staff
officially curtailed its association with
a former military asignee who was recently approved as a
consultant to the IC Staff. During the termination process
wa debriefed of the following special access approvals:

and IC Staff building badges. These two identification cards were
returned to the Headquarters Security Branch on 16 August 1982.
