1. On 23 July 1982,1 was terminated by the
Intelligence Community Staff as an independent contractor, as the term
of his contract expired. His headquarters and IC Staff building badges
were retrieved from him and were forwarded to the Headquarters Security
Branch for destruction.
2. Please documenti file to reflect that his services 25X1
are no longer of interest to the Intelligence Community Staff.
3. It is also requested that the comp rtmpntpd ormation branch,
Office of Security administratively debrief of the SI/TK 25X1
and BYE special accesses which he was granted upon our request in April
1982. It would be appreciated if these accesses would be removed from
your official records.
4. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. Should
