1. I I the Deputy Director of the
Intelligence Community Staff, will retire from the U.S. Air Force on
31 July 1982 and will also be replaced as the Deputy D' of the
Intelligence Community Staff. However, as a result
extensive knowledge of the Intelligence Community
the Director of the Intelligence Community Staff, would like to retain
his services for an indefinite period as a consultant. Appropriate
paperwork is being submitted to the Office of Personnel to retain
services in this capacity.
2. It is requested that the Office of Security approve
to act as a consultant by continuing his Top Secret secure y
approval and access to the Community Headquarters Building. It s
also requested that permission be granted allowing to
ret the present time, a is -approved.-
for in addition to SI/TK. He also
currently maintains accesses to several programs, but
as he will not require these as a consultant, I will debrief him of
them upon his retirement from the U.S. Air Force.
