1. On 12 July 1982, at the request of
I requested that the Office of Security continue is special
accesses until John completes his assignment with your office,
which I am led to believe will be sometime in September 1982.
I have also arranged for John to maintain his headquarters and
IC Staff building badges during this period to allow him access
to our facilities. I am forwarding for your records a copy of
the memorandum making this request of the Office of Security.
You will notice on the bottom left-hand side of the attached
memorandum that the request was approved.
2. As I am being held accountable, I would appreciate it
if you would notify me once John's services are no longer needed
in support of your office. At that time, I will arrange to debrief
him of his special accesses and will retrieve from him his agency
building badges.
3. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
