MEMORANDUM FOR: Chief, Headquarters Security Branch

SUBJECT:
1. will enter on duty as the Director of the
Office ot anning, Intelligence Community Staff,.on 19 April 1982.
Since he is a SIS-4, special arrangements are being made to expedite his
processing time. , the Director of Personnel will 25X1
personally process 'nto the Agency on the morning of
April 19. Arrangements have also been made with the Security'Education 25X1
Group to give a VIP type of Security Orientation Program that
same morning. F
2. It is requested that the Headquarters Security Branch provide
with a parking space in the VIP parking lot during the time 25X1
that e is in the building processing on 19 April 1982. It is also
requested that he be given both a Headquarters badge and an IC Staff
badge following his Security Orientation by SEG. Asi has been 25X1
approved for SI/TK access, and as he will require access to the
Headquarters Building ft n occasion, it is requested that his
badge be equipped with indicators. 25X1
