polygraph at 1300 hours on 7 April 1982. a sou report to the
Main Receptionist at 1245 hours indicating to them that she is there
for a polygraph examination.
2. If can not make this appointment, please let me 25X1
know as soon as possible. For your information, if she can not make
it on this date, the next available polygraph examination is in early
June.
