supervisor assigned to the GSA Central Office visited me to inquire
about having his security clearance with the Agency reinstated.
indicated that he worked at the 2430 E Street complex
trom until 980. In his current role as a GSA supervisor,
requently visits the Community Headquarters Building
to monitor the activities of

2. In our conversation, indicated that his
clearances were revoked by the Agency in November 1980 because of
several complaints lodged against him, volunteered 25X1
that during the time he was associated with the gency, he was the
Vice Prpsidpnt f which attempted to 25X1
Part of the complaint against him was that he spent more 25X1
time oni tivities than he did on his job. 25X1
acknowledged hat this very well may have been t red
that he has now completely terminated his association wit 25X1
activities. He also noted that he has been promoted since 25X1
leaving the Agency in 1980, thus giving evidence that his job
performance with GSA has been quite satisfactory.
3.1 reported that he has recently received a 25X1
security clearance from the Department of Justice allowing him access to
the Hoover Building in downtown Washington, D.C. He was granted this
clearance in connectin with his supervisory duties lassigned to 25X1
that facility. He asked that the Agency likewise reinstate his
clearances so that he could be allowed unescorted access to CHB.
